KAREN MICHELLE YATES
Peacefully at home on Friday 12th July surrounded by her loving family aged 60 years. Daughter of the late Peter and Doreen Silverwood, beloved wife of Paul, dearly loved mother of Natasha and Ashley, mother-in-law of Aimee, and sister of David.
A private family burial will take place at Bowling cemetery on 15th August followed by a celebration of her life at Gateway Christian Centre, Vulcan Street at 1pm. All family, friends and neighbours are invited and welcome to attend. Attendees are encouraged to wear bright colours and black is not required.

A wonderful lady. Always been amazing support to me and my son especially through an extremely hard and emotional time. My son was a pupil at the school and I a Governor for the past eight years up to the present day. I could call her a colleague working with her on a monthly basis and I'd like to thank her for making my job easy but I'd also like to call her a friend because she was one of the most caring people in my life when I needed it the most. RIP Karen, you'll always be in my thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏼❤️
