On 11th December 2024 peacefully at Frimley Park Hospital, Margaret aged 98 years of East Bierley and Birkenshaw.The family wish to thank the NHS staff for their care. A loving wife to the late Jack, much loved mum to Catherine and Gillie, mum in law to Colin and Robert and auntie to John. A beloved granny, great granny, auntie and cousin and a good friend to many. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 22nd January at 11am at St Paul’s Church, Birkenshaw followed by a private committal at Dewsbury Crematorium. Everyone is invited to share memories of Margaret afterwards at East Bierley Golf Club where refreshments will be served. Family flowers only but if desired, Donations in memory of Margaret may be given to Cancer UK. A collection box will be at the service for this purpose.
