On 7th July 2026 at Leeds General Infirmary, Pauline aged 76 years of Birkenshaw. Much loved mum to Josephine and daughter in law Beccy, a dear sister in law, auntie and good friend to many . Was a midwife for many years at the Bradford Royal Infirmary, a district nursing sister, later forming the “Rosewood hospice” at Dewsbury hospital.
The funeral service will be held at St Paul’s Church, Birkenshaw at 10am on Thursday 30th July followed by cremation at Bierley Woods Crematorium. Family flowers only but if desired, donations in memory of Pauline may be given to Little Hiccups. A collection box will be at the service for this purpose.

The last time I saw Pauline she gave me a small gift with the following inscription "The truest happiness in life comes from the friendships we make along the way." How true this is. I am lucky to have had her as a true friend my whole life long and although we didn't meet up often I will miss her deeply.
What an amazing person you were Pauline - such an inspirational human being who touched the hearts of all who knew you and who were privileged to be part of your life. Your memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved you. May you rest in eternal peace and rise in glory. "My Shepherd will lead me Home" God Bless You. Norah and Nick
