Daniel Ian Smith

Daniel aged 30 years, sadly but peacefully passed away at St James Hospital on October 7, 2017. Much loved son of Deborah, loving brother of Samantha & Luke, cherished grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin and a great friend to many.
